Bukit Ho Swee Primary School was a merged school with Bukit Ho Swee East School and Bukit Ho Swee West School in 1986. A few other primary schools nearby also merged with them, namely Seng Poh Primary School and Delta Primary School. The school uniform was in light blue and white thin strips with dark blue shorts or pinafore.
In 2002, the school was later merged with Alexandra Hill Primary School, Henderson Primary School and Keng Seng Primary School to form Gan Eng Seng Primary School.
